Use of the website for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Investigator Awards in Health Policy Research Program Website (the “Site”) and its contents is subject to the following terms and conditions. Trustees of Boston University (the “University”) operate the Site. As used in these Terms of Use, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the University.

2. Your Use
You may use the Site and its contents only for the purposes and in the manner specified in these Terms of Use. You agree to make only non-commercial uses of the Site. You agree to use the Site for only lawful purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and University policy, and in a manner that does not infringe or violate anyone’s rights. You shall be solely responsible for your own submissions of content and for any consequences of posting or viewing content on this site. If you upload content on the Site, you are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights necessary to upload and disseminate such content. By uploading content on to the Site, you (i) grant the University a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, fully paid, perpetual license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, display, perform and otherwise make available such content in connection with the Site in any manner or media, and to authorize others to do the foregoing, and (ii) represent and warrant that you have the right to grant us the foregoing rights, and that neither the content nor our use of it as permitted under the foregoing license will infringe or violate anyone’s rights. You agree not to submit or post any content, or engage in any other activity in connection with the Site, that:
- infringes anyone’s copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary rights, or rights of privacy or publicity;
- violates any law or regulation;
- is intentionally false or misleading;
- defames, threatens or harasses anyone;
- is harmful, dangerous, abusive or offensive;
- is obscene or contains pornography;
- contains or utilizes any computer virus, other malicious code, or program that may damage or interfere with the operation of any system, or may unlawfully intercept any data or personal information;
- contains or consists of advertising or any form of commercial solicitation or activity; or
- otherwise interferes with the functioning of the Site or other users’ use or enjoyment of the Site.
All elements of the Site architecture, including without limitation the text, software, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to the University, and subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United States copyright and trademark laws, and applicable foreign laws. All rights in the Site and the Site content that are not expressly granted are reserved. You may use the Site and these elements only in a manner consistent with these Terms.
Materials uploaded to the Site by other users may be subject to copyright protections and other posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for honoring such copyrights and adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.
3. Review and Removal of Content
Although the University will have no obligation to monitor or take action with respect to user submitted content, we reserve the right to remove any content that we believe violates the standards stated above or any other provision of these Terms of Use, and to terminate the applicable user’s right to use the Site, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us. We do not approve or endorse any user content, and you agree that we will have no responsibility or liability in connection with your use of any such content.

The University reserves the right to take down any posting in response to report of abuse, as necessary to investigate alleged violations of University policies, federal, state, or local laws, or the rights of other persons, or otherwise at its discretion at any time and without notice or liability to you.
